Toad The Wet Sprocket is an American alternative rock band that formed in 1986 and achieved fame in the early 1990s with songs like "Walk on the Ocean", "All I Want" and "Fall Down". The band broke up in 1998, but reunited in 2006 for occasional tours and released a new album, New Constellation, in 2013. The album was funded by a successful Kickstarter campaign that raised more than $250,000 from over 6,000 fans.
New Constellation is the band's sixth studio album and their first full-length studio release since Coil in 1997. It features 11 new songs written by the band members, plus four bonus tracks on the deluxe edition. The album was produced, engineered and mixed by Mikal Blue at Revolver Studios in Thousand Oaks, California. It was released on October 15, 2013, through the band's independent label, Abe's Records.

The title track was released on June 5, 2013, as a free download for the Kickstarter backers and later as a digital single.
